Did you know that changing the way you breathe is the fastest and most efficience way to change how you feel?

Why Breathwork?

Conscious active breathing has many health benefits. For example reduce stress, activate the immune system and regulate the nervous system. Our breath is like a remote control of our nervous system.
The more we get to know our breath, the more we can learn how we can use the breath to create more energy, slow down or just find balance. Breathwork is an umbrella term for different kinds of breathing techniques.

During these in person or online sessions i will be your guide through different breathing techniques, to let you experience your unique breath and feel energized and relaxed at the same time.
