I am so happy to invite you to join me this spring for an embodied journey through the 5 elements in a series of Yin Yoga sessions designed to connect you with nature, balance your body and mind, and support your unique life journey.
Yin Yoga is an invitation to listen, feel, and explore β a way to move from the inside out, with presence and intention.
