☆ THE CLASS

This class is for people new to yoga, beginners or if you enjoy practicing at a slow pace. We will move, breath and feel and work with it is present for your in your body. Along the way you will be guided into postures and movement with kindness and care, the aim is not perfection, just moving and feeling, creating space and connection to yourself.

By the end of the class you will feel a balanced sense of peace between energy and relaxation and you may learn about yourself.

☆ CONDITIONS

• Minimum 4 people booked by 2 PM the day of the class.
• Cancellations after 2 PM the day of the class will be charged.
• For the pass holders, same as above applies. If you cancel after 2PM the class will be counted.

☆ PRICE

• Single Class: 31 CHF
• 10, 60 minute Classes Pass: 280 CHF valid 3 Months, Non-reimbursable - only extended in the case of a medical certificate and if the teacher is unable to give the class.
