Japanese Conversation Tokyo for Native English Speakers 🇯🇵

This is a group for native English speakers from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, and U.S.A, living and learning Japanese in Tokyo.

We are an international couple, Australian husband and Japanese wife, trying to create an international place to be outside work/school or home.

We have weekly language exchange sessions with local Japanese people, to practice speaking Japanese, at Sanno Hall(Sanno Kaikan) in Ota-ku, Tokyo.

Direction: JR Omori 大森駅, Chuo Ticket Gate 中央改札, 8 mins from WEST Exit (西口) Cross the traffic lights at Lawson, turn left, & go straight on Ikegami St for 6 minutes. Turn right at "Kappou Kazu"(鳥串割烹 和), turn left at Sun Sun Jidoo Park, & it's on the right. Go in the right door and take a lift to L4. (Room 402)

Date: Saturdays
Time: 2:00-4:00 ( The reception open at 1:50)

2:00-3:00 English Conversation
3:00-4:00 Japanese Conversation
*We speak in English for one hour with Japanese people learning English, and another hour in Japanese. Some free time afterwards!

Participation Fee: 1000 yen (Cash only at the venue)

• BYO( Bring your own non-alcoholic beverages)
• We have a kitchen and fridge
• Seat Change every half an hour so you can talk with many people
• A small group of 2-4 in each table.

Our main group is "Language Exchange Lounge Tokyo-Meet new Japanese friends".
All our events are actually listed in the following link, but we sometimes list the same events here to balance the nationalities of the participants.
