What we're about

We are a group of like-minded people who are practitioners in both meditation and yoga. We like to invite you to join us in this journey where we can create a sense of balance and awareness in both our minds and bodies through the practice of meditation and yoga.

Meditation is both widely researched on and proven to help us in better managing our stress levels, increasing mental wellbeing by elevating the levels of happiness and fulfillment and heighten our level of self-awareness. While Yoga is more than physical exercise, but an integrated system of movements, exercises and breathing techniques that create a union of all our body systems with the environment and nature. Together with meditation, yoga helps to create a holistic well being to our mind and body.

This meetup is for you if you are curious what meditation and / or yoga is all about, how to practice meditation and yoga, seeking people with the same energy and commitment to practice together and finding ways in managing our stress levels, rebalancing our life and gaining a better physical health.

Why do we need to register in EventBrite?
We seek your understanding during this Pandemic period. We need to keep the number of participants within what is allowable by the authorities. And as a precaution, we are also collecting contact information in case any contact tracing is needed. Your contact information will be kept confidential.

Is this session suitable for all?
While this is a gentle yoga session, we strongly advise that you should seek medical advise from your doctor if you have undergone recent medical procedures and / or suffering from chronic medical condition before participating in this session. We will not be liable for any injuries or worsening of your condition. If you are not sure, we suggest that you should avoid this session until your medical condition has improved.

Is this session free?
Yes, we are not charging for this session. However, we appeal for your understanding if you are not able to attend, do let us know or to cancel your registration as soon as possible. This will allow other interested participants to sign up.

Meditation within Nature

Gardens by the Bay

Join me in spending an hour of your time on a Saturday morning to be refreshed through immersing yourself in sight, smell and sound of nature*.

After a week of busy city life, work and home, it comes a time to slow down and seek balance in our life. Meditation helps to bring that balance and awareness back into our life, and moderate our everyday stresses in life that we face.

This is a simple non-religious based meditation that is suitable for both experienced practitioner and beginners. The session begins with a slow stroll for about 5 to 8 minutes to the meditation ground. Once we have settled down, we will practice breathing meditation and end the session with some interaction. This meditation session is free for all.
