Exploring the Practice & Psychology of Presence
We’re experimenting with a small-group mindfulness series to explore how practices like presence, nervous system awareness, and self-compassion can support everyday life. If you’re curious to explore this in community, we’d love to have you join our pilot!

This 4-part pilot series is designed to explore both the theory and practice of mindfulness in a grounded, accessible way. Each session focuses on a different dimension of mindfulness, weaving together reflection, meaningful conversation, and body-based practices.

Session 1: What is Mindfulness, Really?
Session 2: Mindful Self-Regulation
Session 3: Emotions & Presence
Session 4: Mindfulness in Relationships

Whether you're brand new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this is a space to slow down, reconnect, and learn more about your inner world.

What to expect:
Foundational tools for self-awareness and nervous system regulation
Guided practices that connect you to your breath, body, and emotions
Supportive group sharing and connection

A deeper understanding of how mindfulness can be applied in real life
By the end of the series, you’ll feel more present, grounded, and connected—not just in the moment, but in how you relate to yourself and others going forward. You’ll also leave with a stronger foundation to support your own growth beyond the group.
