What we’re about
We're an engaged group of designers and doers that want to make change in our communities, one Jam at a time.
We believe that good design happens as a collective. So we shape our Jams to make the most of our busy designers' time, creating unique hands-on events so you can help design the world you live in.
We're a diverse and inclusive meetup that is welcoming of all people and disciplines. No matter where you've been or where you are in your design journey, you are welcome at any Jam.
UX design? Join us. Product design? Get in here. Graphic design? Step right up. Web design, participatory design, service design - we have a place waiting for you.
Experienced professional? Join us to play with new digital tools, learn new exercises, and meet new people, all while using your talent and imagination to be of service to a local nonprofit.
No design experience? No problem. We're all beginners at something! The tools and exercises we use are structured to teach you how to use design thinking for a specific problem. These tools can be applied to all professions and aspects of daily life as well.

Get ready to collaborate with like-minded individuals to share ideas, eat pizza, and have serious fun doing a good deed for a great local nonprofit. Our experienced guest facilitator, JC Jubilo, will guide you through interactive activities to deliver powerful new ideas and prototypes.
