Are you a wine lover looking for like-minded people? New to the world of wine and interested in trying and learning new things? Just want to grab a glass with some good food and great conversation? This could be the group for you!
Let's explore the options in the Sacramento area, from urban wineries, to fancy wine dinners, to checking out a restaurant with a great list. Oh, and brunch. There will definitely be brunch.
Membership dues are $5/year, but you can try us out for 30 days before paying dues.
All are welcome, though 21+ is a must. Wine consumption is always optional.
No-show policy: Please be respectful of others and change your RSVP to "no" if you cannot attend an event. If you no-show three times you may be removed from the group.

Join the group in Rocklin for wine and conversation at Cante Ao Vinho, a family owned winery specializing in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Italian varietals.
🍷 What to expect:
- Cante offers wine tastings for $10/person as well as by-the-glass options
- They also offer charcuterie grazing boards and pretzels, and allow outside food if you want to bring your own snack
- The venue is full of multiple small tables perfect for mingling
- Live music begins at 2pm

It's time to head back to that East Sacramento gem, The Nook Bistro & WIne Bar. This small but mighty wine bar specializes in Spanish wines and tapas-style food.
What to expect:
- We have a 6:15 reservation.
- The food menu specializes in shareable, smaller plates, and includes vegetarian options.
- Wine drinking is optional! Come for great conversations, too.
- Bring cash to cover your drinks and meal.
About the venue:
- The Nook is a tiny wine bar and restaurant in East Sacramento with a Spanish-focused wine menu.
- There is a small parking lot in front which fills up quickly, so plan in advance.
- Street Wine Tasting @ the Midtown Farmers MarketMidtown Farmers Market, Sacramento, CA
Sacramento’s Midtown Farmers Market is one of the best farmer's markets in the country and was voted the best in California last year. It usually also contains several vendors offering wine and cider tastings.
Itinerary:
- 10:30 - 10:45 am: Meet at 20th and K Street at Heringer Wine's booth.
- 10:45 - 12:00 am: After tasting at Heringer, we'll check out some of the other options. I will update this itinerary with booth names on the day of the event.
- After tasting we'll either pick up food at the market or hit up a close restaurant with room for the group.

What to Expect:
- This is a “wander and see” event. If you don’t catch the group at the beginning, find us along the itinerary route.
- Most of the tastings are free, but bring cash/card just in case you want to make food or beverage purchases.
- Wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen.
- If the temps go above 100 degrees I will cancel this event.
