We are back up to Boulder for this fantastic hike that has a little bit of everything: fast moving creek, wooded single track, and open valleys. This is one of our favorite hikes ☺️.

We will take this trail counter-clockwise, hiking down to the creek then back up to a lovely open stretch. We dip back into the woods and the north side of the loop. Spiraling down to the creek we make our way to the water - a great place to stop for a snack. From here we climb up and out through the woods and around to more sweeping valley views. The last mile or so we are out in the open and hike along a ridge and back to the parking lot.

This hike is rated intermediate with the up/down climbs and rolling terrain. Elevation gain is ~1530'. It's a good workout but we have plenty of places to just take a breather look at the views.

Lunch in Boulder after for those interested!
