Old Caves Crater Loop

Join us for an easy 3.7 mile loop through ponderosa pines and a short climb up a cinder cone to a 360 degree view of Flagstaff and the San Francisco Peaks. The caves are actually rock shelters used by the Sinagua people in the 14th century.

Directions: north on 89 out of Flag, turn right on Silver Saddle Road, drive a short distance to the TH. Both Apple and Google maps have good directions.
