Welcome wellness warriors! This group empowers women on their health journey. Together, we will foster wellness through healthy choices, prioritizing holistic well-being, understanding it's beyond fitness—embracing nutrition, mental, emotional, spiritual health, challenging ourselves to build new habits and practices that support our goals.

This group is for women who are interested in improving or maintaining their health and wellness. Transformation lies at the heart of a wellness warrior’s journey. It involves undergoing significant changes, both internally and externally, to achieve personal growth and well-being. This transformation often requires us to step out of our comfort zones, challenging limiting beliefs, and adopting new habits and practices that support our wellness. No matter where you are on your journey, we’re all in this together.

At our events we will be proactive in seeking ways to improve our overall quality of life, finding balance, and nurturing our well-being. Events will include group nutrition focus socials, group nutrition education sessions, yoga, meditation, hiking, sound bath, mindfulness sessions, cooking classes, 5K participation, etc.
