Welcome wellness warriors! This group empowers women on their health journey. Together, we will foster wellness through healthy choices, prioritizing holistic well-being, understanding it's beyond fitness—embracing nutrition, mental, emotional, spiritual health, challenging ourselves to build new habits and practices that support our goals.
This group is for women who are interested in improving or maintaining their health and wellness. Transformation lies at the heart of a wellness warrior’s journey. It involves undergoing significant changes, both internally and externally, to achieve personal growth and well-being. This transformation often requires us to step out of our comfort zones, challenging limiting beliefs, and adopting new habits and practices that support our wellness. No matter where you are on your journey, we’re all in this together.
At our events we will be proactive in seeking ways to improve our overall quality of life, finding balance, and nurturing our well-being. Events will include group nutrition focus socials, group nutrition education sessions, yoga, meditation, hiking, sound bath, mindfulness sessions, cooking classes, 5K participation, etc.

Registration fee $20 includes a Cardio Tennis “Hit to be Fit” shirt.This special event is designed to be the largest collaborative Cardio Tennis event in the country featuring Adult Red Ball and Cardio Tennis Triples! We are celebrating TENNIS and raising awareness that TENNIS is inclusive, easy, and social, with proven health and wellness benefits. In unison with the USTA National Campus up to 300 facilities across the country will be offering this event simultaneously.
Adult Red Ball will show participants they can be tennis players in as little as 30 minutes, and Cardio Tennis Triples will provide an example of how the Cardio Tennis program can give participants another way to burn calories by combining tennis and a high-energy fitness experience.
All fitness and ability levels are encouraged to participate.
Throughout the event you will be mixed and matched with many different people and experience great rallies and friendly competition.Don’t miss out on this "Party on the Court"!
We are excited to announce celebrity DJ MadLinx will be mixing the tunes for this high-energy event.This will be a huge event on 20 courts with a goal of 160 participants!
The morning will start with 45 minutes of Adult Red Ball doubles and singles play. Then, we'll switch to 75 minutes of Cardio Tennis Triples. This is a social and inclusive way to play with the red and orange balls equalizing the playing field, providing a better workout, and improving skill. Get ready to play tennis, burn calories, and have fun!Registration fee includes a Cardio Tennis “Hit to be Fit” shirt.

The harmonious sounds are created to support your body’s natural healing processes while you recline on blankets and pillows. Whether you're seeking stress relief, inner peace, or simply a moment of tranquility, after the session, you’ll leave feeling mentally and physically refreshed, ready to enjoy the peace and tranquility of a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
What to bring: Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, towel, or small blanket for comfort, as well as water to stay hydrated.

About the Presenter:
Camille Sacco is an American Institute of Health Care Professionals Mindfulness Coach and meditation instructor. She is also a graduate of the acclaimed Palouse Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course. Camille is the author of two self-help books, “Hippiebanker: Bringing Peace, Love and Spirituality to the Workplace” and her latest book, “Firefly Culture: Illuminate Your Workplace by Tuning in to Mindfulness.” She leads fun and informative classes and workshops on mindful meditations and her coaching sessions are infused with down-to-Earth guidance. She is both informative and fun in her approach. Her goal is to help people tap in to the wisdom of their soul by cultivating daily practices that will inspire confidence in the pursuit of living their lives with a higher purpose.
