Why hello there! Are you a writer of speculative fiction, sci fi, paranormal romance, horror, or maybe just something that doesn't fit anywhere else? Do you want to have your work honestly (and respectfully) critiqued on a regular basis? Do you have enough work handy to be able to share roughly 2000 words every two weeks? Are you on team #publishinggoals or team #suckitpublishing?
If you said yes to any of these, good news, you're not alone. The purpose of this group is to create a low-key place to give feedback, bounce ideas off each other, and possibly talk about pointless bullshit. This group is specifically designed for passionate writers who hate the slog and intimidation of other writing groups.
I'm thinking we get together every other week. (Thursdays is what I have in mind but I'm flexible.) It'll be in or near the DTC area. And, really, just dig deep into stuff you're writing. If this sounds cool please contact me. I'm getting a crew together. We're gonna do fun things.
