1. SIGN UP or SIGN IN

Sign in to your Special Olympics account (or create one if you have not already done so)

All volunteers must use the Special Olympics Volunteer Portal

2. SELECT

2025 Middle Road Tournament

3. CHOOSE ROLE

Sign up for your preferred volunteer role:

• Registration - Tournament Day Volunteer: 8:00 AM EDT - 11:00 AM

Registration volunteer duties include team and volunteer check in, shirt distribution, delegation packet distribution, answer tournament FAQs, direct teams to appropriate fields.

• Soccer - Tournament Day Volunteer: 8:30 AM EDT - 2:00 PM

Soccer volunteer positions include score keeper, ball boy/girl, skills
assistant.

• Flag Football - Tournament Day Volunteer: 8:30 AM EDT - 2:00 PM

Flag Football volunteer duties include score keeper, on field
officials.

• LDR/W - Tournament Day Volunteer: 8:30 AM EDT - 2:00 PM

LDR/W - Long Distance Run / Walk
LDR/W volunteer duties include timer/recorders, course directors,
pacer.

4. RSVP with MVP!

Please understand that your RSVP needs to be an otherwise FIRM COMMITMENT. We understand that life happens and sometimes things come up that may force people to cancel, however the organization is counting on us to be there.

Also, please be considerate of your fellow members' expectations for meeting up with those who have RSVP'd for the event.
