It is a wholistic environment whose space and programming are created to enhance one’s experience of life in the broadest sense, leading to improvements in health, wellbeing, relationships, and inner peace.

  • In-Person & Online Sundo Breathwork Practice
    Discover a practice that awakens your body, quiets your mind, and connects you to your inner vitality. At Melos Center, we offer Sundo practice, a gentle yet powerful Korean Taoist form of movement, breathwork, and meditation. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’re welcome to join us as we begin each day with mindful presence and flowing energy.

  • Sundo Breathwork Workshops with Master Jin Mok
    Join us in Los Gatos on October 4-7, 2025 for a profound four-day experience with Master Jin Mok from Korea. This workshop is designed to harmonize mind and body. Through carefully curated exercises and teachings, you’ll learn to release stress, become centered and grounded, and deepen your connection with yourself.

  • Monthly Empowered Living Teaching Series Talks

    Sundo is a centuries-old Taoist yoga practice designed to cultivate life energy (Ki), harmonize the body and mind, and open the heart.

    It combines:
    Breathwork – to center and energize
    Gentle postures & movement – to restore balance and flexibility
    Meditation – to quiet the mind and foster inner peace

    This practice supports physical vitality, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to self—perfect for anyone seeking grounding and empowerment.
