Join us for Sundo: Breathwork, Meditation & Movement—a powerful practice to awaken your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit.

Sundo is a traditional Korean Taoist yoga practice that combines breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in centuries-old wisdom, it helps restore natural balance, release blocked energy, and cultivate inner peace.

Through gentle warm-ups, deep breathing, and energizing exercises, we’ll unlock the transformative power of the breath and movement to release anxiety, cultivate presence, and build inner strength.

This practice offers a path to stress relief, emotional balance, and meaningful life transformation. Together, we create a supportive space to heal, grow, and reconnect with our true selves.

Come and awaken your full potential through the ancient practice of Sundo. All levels welcome.
