Our main goals at these meetings are to write and develop our craft. We have writing sprints for about twenty minutes. Then we discuss in between.
This is our rough outline:

2. 1st Sprint
3. Discuss what you're working on. Share what's working and what's not.
4. 2nd Sprint
5. Analyze a piece of fan fiction. We're working on our critiquing skills.
