Forgiveness is often seen as a gift we give to others but it’s also something we give to ourselves.

This August, Men’s Circle invites you to sit with the complexity of forgiveness:

• What am I still holding on to?
• What does it cost me to carry resentment, shame, or regret?
• Can I forgive someone who hasn’t asked for it?
• Can I forgive myself for not knowing better, for past decisions and for who I used to be?

Not about forgetting. Not about excusing. Just a space to ask honest questions, and maybe loosen the grip a little.
