A Remote Reiki Session (via phone or video) is a relaxing, healing experience where is a connection with you energetically, regardless of distance.

During the session you will receive the reiki energy
while either lying down or sitting up. During the session you may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as Reiki energy flows. Your role is simply to relax and allow the energy to work, supporting stress relief, emotional healing, and overall well-being. Afterward, we’ll briefly discuss your experience and any questions that you may have. Reiki helps you reconnect with yourself and can leave you feeling more centered and at peace in addition to your body being more able to heal itself.
