Join a powerful community of women. This Accelerator is a Women's Wellness Series across 8 weeks that is for women in Midlife (perimenopausal and menopausal women) who are experiencing health challenges.

If you are dealing with disruptive symptoms like weight gain, fatigue, headaches, brain fog, poor sleep, etc., and are noticing that the exercise routines and nutrition that always worked are no longer getting you results - this program is absolutely for you.

In this small group (of up to 8-15 women), you'll learn about common health challenges for women in Midlife & what to do about them. We’ll explore topics like hormonal health, body changes, ideal exercises, nutrition, sleep, stress reduction, and more.
