Details

Warm welcome to Mindful Movement with Lay - somatic practices for a healthy body and mind.

IMPORTANT: Spots are limited, so remember to reserve yours!
To ensure fair access to the course, we will be checking attendance during the events, and if we notice you have signed up without attending, we will remove you from the attendee list for the following two classes, we hope you understand!

Somatic practices are a range of techniques and exercises like movement, conscious breath and meditation but also dancing, tapping, stomping, singing. All we need is presence and openness.

Together we will learn to cultivate awareness of our internal sensations and experiences to achieve emotional regulation, to listen to the body’s signals and to use our creativity and free expression to improve our mental wellness.

We will focus on how our body feels during an action, rather than focusing on a specific external outcome or performance.
Come as you are into our safe space, bring an open heart and expect the unexpected!
