What we’re about

This group meets weekly to practice Mindful Movement Qigong (“chee-gong”), a gentle form of exercise using the body, breath and mental focus for self-healing. Based in Chinese medicine theory, Qigong consists of gentle movements that facilitate the cultivation and balance of qi in the body, mind and spirit. It can help relieve pain, increase energy, boost immunity and improve mood. Each class will consist of guided meditation, qigong movements and exercises for self-healing, and a brief discussion on a topic related to your health and vitality. Both drop-in and series classes will be offered on a regular basis.
