What we’re about

Mindfulness Grief & Loss Support Group ~ We meet the 2nd & 4th Monday Evening of the Month from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Online in Zoom,

Grief is a natural state of the heart to be acknowledged...It's not something we "get over" though we must "pass through."

Grief and loss appear in many forms and quite often may feel overwhelming. It touches all of us at some point, though often our culture does not give us the time or support we need to heal, leaving us feeling isolated and unsure. Through group sharing that utilizes mindfulness reflective skills and contemplative reflection we can begin to feel whole and safe even in the midst of tremendous grief.

The group is offered on donation through The Mindfulness Care Center is a 501(3)(c) nonprofit. No one turned away. We are supported by the practice of shared generosity. If you wish to make a donation you can click here to Our Website.
