This group is for anyone who wishes to be informed about a variety of programs designed to develop mental effectiveness, resilience, emotional/mental balance and exceptional well being.
Start a journey which could change your life, helping you to focus on what you choose, manage stress, make better decisions, to be free of unnecessary anxieties, anger or other “destructive” emotions and cultivate resilience and exceptional well-being.
We will organise workshops and learning opportunities for members to:
- learn what meditation actually is and dispel the myths
- practice mindfulness meditation
- apply the practices to daily life and work
- explore related subjects to add value to your journey
- share and discuss insights and experiences along the journey
