Grounding and connecting you to your thoughts, emotions, and breath with loving-kindness. This 4 week course will consist of a dharma talk, meditation and Q&A. The topics include:
Week 1: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
Week 2: Mindfulness of the Body
Week 3: You Are Human: Working with Emotions
Week 4: The Wise Heart/Bringing Your Practice Into the World
I am completing a two year Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher Training Program and I am holding this class as my practicum. There will be a short form to fill out when the course is completed. It's a great time to be in community and hold a safe space for one another. May you be at peace and at ease <3
About Meriah: Meriah is an intuitive life coach, healer, and nutritionist; a world traveler and adventurer. She completed her RYT 200 hrs in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga in Nepal and is in the process of completing a Master’s Teacher Training Program for Meditation.
She has experience working in the mental health and nutrition fields, with specializations in eating disorders, trauma, addiction, and other co-morbid disorders. Her mission is to guide individuals back to themselves—or rather, back home.
Through the process of co-creation, she helps clients find more peace and balance in their lives. She assists individuals in letting go of what no longer serves them, in order to live more confident, passionate and adventurous lives.
