October Day Retreat at Mont Saint-Bruno - Fall Colours and Mindful Photography

Let's spend the day being mindful in nature. This is the last of a season of monthly events, every last Saturday of the month from April to October.

The event will centre around a day of self-care, connection with others and with nature, therapeutic workshops, and mindfully-guided hiking and exploring.

Please pack your own lunch and water and anything else you might need for a day outside.

***Transportation and park entry passes are NOT included in the ticket price. Please organize your needs accordingly.

Why are the monthly retreats paid?
There are many costs related to running a retreat. Your payment pays for: the time spent on logistics involved in organizing the retreat and the preparation of the material and activities we do on the retreat. In addition, at the retreats, I provide small group and one-on-one guidance tailored to the participants. At the retreats, we really focus on what matters to you and the areas in your life you wish to change or reprioritize.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations more than 30 days prior will receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 7-30 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event will receive no refund, but can be credited toward a future event.
