What we’re about

Let's get together and explore mindfulness while walking in beautiful spots like the Curragh, around Naas, Pollardstown fen, and other places in Kildare and beyond. The walks will be monthly, for about 1 hour, easy-going, and include mindful exercises, contemplations, and 1-to-1 discussions. Looking forward to sharing simple journeys with a small group - who knows where it might lead?
