About us
We are a writer's group located in Northern Virginia (Mosaic, Vienna, Falls Church, etc.) that meets mostly online and occasionally in-person (soon). Our writers consist of professionals and amateurs with a few published and self-published authors. This group is great for those looking to hone their skills and share their craft.
Our group meets once a week to review 2 submissions. These submissions are then shared via email with the author and the group so that everyone can grow and learn together. Submissions have a word limit of 2K. We welcome parts of novels, short stories, poetry, scripts, etc. We review most genres, to include fantasy, sci-fi, historical fiction, romance, essays, etc. Our writers share works for both adult and middle-grade audiences, so there is variety in the type of literature we review as well.
Should you choose to join this group, we don't ask that you show up for every meeting, but we do ask that you pop in even when your work is not up for review in order to be fair to others.

Please Note: For the meet-up free page, we can only have 10 members at a time and host 2 events per month but we do in fact meet weekly and have more than 10 members. Because Meetup is limited we would appreciate it if you joined via our Facebook page instead. Thanks!
