💀MY FAVOURITE FILM FESTIVAL COMES AROUND AGAIN!
A few festivals ago, I decided to volunteer at this neat little festival, from which I met some incredible filmmakers, actors and friends along the way. Since then I made a commitment to come every time to support the journey of the dear friends who run this festival. It is very exciting to be able to be a part of the development, behind the scenes and the preparation as they showcase some of the most incredible talent that we may or may not see again. All films have been completely self-funded and the British Film Guild goes the extra mile to showcase these extremely talented and intriguing creatives. I can “only rely” on my memory until these great gems can find their way to a streaming platform or DVD.

This will be The British Horror Film Festival's fourteenth year and counting and will be getting not one but two days starting from the most evil day of the year, Friday the 13th and continuing to Saturday the 14th. It will be held nonetheless in one of the most haunted museums in the world, The British Museum, and that is not a joke. There will be another amazing and horrific lineup with a number of awards and an opportunity to network chat and take pictures with talented artists. You will also gain unique insights into the creative process and behind-the-scenes stories with live Q&A sessions following the screenings featuring the talented filmmakers by BAFTA-winning actor Stuart Brennan. On both days we will be volunteering at this event whilst hosting this meet-up. Please make your way directly to the lower ground of the museum. Although we won't be able to spend a lot of time with you personally we will definitely introduce you to the others and direct you to a designated section.
