๐ HELLO AND WELCOME TO MOVIE ROADHOUSE LONDON THE LARGEST MOVIE CLUB IN LONDON MADE BY MOVIE FANS FOR MOVIE FANS.
In a nutshell, we are just a bunch of Film Buffs, Filmmakers and Creators who like to go out for drinks and watch movies. We also rate and review the films after we watch them and the results are posted on our **Letterboxd **Page.
We are also avid supporters of Independent Cinema, The Film Festival Guild, Medicinema and establishments like Prince Charles Cinema and the British Film Institute to mention a few. Thanks to this we sometimes gain special access and discounts to special events that we can then share with you. Plus we meet up regularly for a social to catch up again at the BFI which is a lot of fun.
We try to stay well informed when it comes to film news, New Releases and Re-Releases and members are also able to vote for what films they want to see through our WhatsApp Group (at request), WhatsApp Channel, Telegram Group (at request) and Telegram Channel.
Whatever the time of year we do our best to always be around, come and join us for a good time.

Theyโve been trying anything and everything, from bringing back tired Disney princesses who just want a break, rebuilding sentient furniture and more evil queens who donโt want to go to war anymore. But could this be finally it? Can Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan save the Magical world of Disney from its decline?Hey Guys ๐ I do you believe that Hollywood and Disney are making us suffer from reboot fatigue. I mean, come on, how hard is it to come up with an original idea? However, I'm a big fan of Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan, and a huge fan of 2003's Freaky Friday. So when I heard that these two would be reprising roles, well, I knew immediately that I would be seated for this film. What a way to manipulate me, right? So needless to say, I expect a lot from this. The film will be directed by Nisha Ganatra who's done well so far with TV episodes of Brooklyn Nine-Nine and movies like Late Night and The High Note. The screenplay is written by Jordan Weiss who also wrote and directed Sweethearts. So far things are looking good, but letโs see how this plays out.
Maybe, this could bring Disney back to renaissance or at least back on track. But who knows?. None the less, fingers crossed for this one. I'll get back to you later with further meetup details closer to the time. Chat to you later.

Not only that, but I've heard that this further line of police work is so dangerous, that I now carry a big gun unlike the MET.Hey guys ๐ This is so cool, and I am excited to announce that this will be a Legacy Sequel or in other words a Requel to the 1994 Naked Gun 33โ : The Final Insult. This means that all of the movies will still be in a way interconnected. And even though I havenโt watched this film yet, I think they are going in the right direction instead of just making a remake that sucks. It will star Liam Neeson in a less serious role yet still action based and Pamela Anderson which is an excellent choice. The movie will also feature (I hear) a hopeful and familiar formula of Frank Drebin's comedic and absurd police work, with the next generation of characters. The film will be directed by actor, comedian and musician Akiva Schaffer who co-wrote the script with writer, comedian Dan Gregor. The big bonus is that this will be produced by Seth MacFarlane who we all know from Family Guy and he's the right guy for this. So far things are looking good.
Another reason Iโm excited is because God knows we need some laughs, as life in the movies has become so damn steadily gritty, political and unhopeful. So letโs get laughing and Iโll get back to you with further details as we get closer to the date. Ciao for now.

I am only here to tell you that this romantic-comedy was written and directed by Celine song who you may know from her hit movie Past Lives. You may not want to expect the same crying result again, as I heard that this is a complete departure from her previous tearjerker. Although the film will still explore the complexities of love and relationships in a world where dating can feel like a strategic game of numbers and material considerations. Well thankfully, I have a nice dog to keep me company LOL
Who knows, you may get some good dating advice from this flick, like deleting those dating apps that you don't want anyone to know about. Anyway, I'll get back to you closer to the date with meet up details. Goodbye for now

We move like blind sheep through the silent air. Each step apart is a prayer in fear in a hollow world. Eyes like ghosts that meet behind the glass, with hands that no longer dare. Mindless robots in a war we cannot win.Hello guys ๐ Jumping straight into things, this movie is written and directed by Ari Aster, shot by the legendary Darius Khondji and takes place in May 2020. So, Iโm guessing by now, that when it comes to pandemic-era films, most of us are done with that. However, Ari Aster is a brilliant filmmaker who I deeply respect. Heโs completely original and likes to push boundaries. Needless to say, I think this film is bound to be controversial and one that will address every aspect of what happened. Whatโs interesting about looking back is wondering: Could we have handled things differently? And asking the old question: Have we gone too far? It's Just a thought, only a thought from me.
The bottom line is, that even when we try to do the right thing, sometimes we end up in the service of the corrupt who traditionally never cared about us. I guess we shall continue to live, learn, and be hopeful. Iโll get back to you soon with more details about the meetup. Ciao for now.
