What's going on guys 👋 There is a bird up in the sky. Oh no, it's a plane. Oh oh it’s another reboot. Yep, this will be the third reset of Superman Series, but this one looks pretty damn good. This is also intended to be the first film in the New DC Universe which will be written and directed by James Gunn who previously directed The Suicide Squad and Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy. The film will star fresh out of the Kryptonian Rocket David Corenswet who looks a hell of lot like Henry Cavill and who will be the 15th Embodiment of this Man of Steel. So far all of the details that have come out of this film look super exciting, so here's to a cool summer movie.
What's so special about Superman is that he will always make the right choice. So let's hope that he makes it again, because we're not easy to live with. Here is the schedule breakdown for this evening:
- 3:00 PM: We will meet at the Cineworld Empire Confectionary Bar (far end side). There will be quite a few of us, so I apologise in advance if there is limited seating. Look out for The Meet-Up Sign.
- 3:50 PM: Then we're off to IMAX Screen 8. We have chosen seats G20 & G21.
- 6:25 PM: We reconvene again to Review & Score the Film, we'll head off for drinks at All Bar One, where we will have a table reserved. The results will be posted on Letterboxd.
