๐ŸŽผWhat happens to all the sound released into the world that is never captured? It is timeless and achingly beautiful ๐Ÿ’˜

๐Ÿ‘‹Hey guys, let's meet at the Barbican Cinema this Sunday afternoon for the very talked about The History of Sound. It is an American Italian film directed Oliver Hermanus.

The film and book centered on a poignant, often unspoken, romance between two music students, who meet in 1917 and later travel rural Maine recording folk songs, exploring themes of memory, connection, longing, and the preservation of fleeting moments and identities through sound, all set against the backdrop of World War I and early 20th-century America

Iโ€™ll be hanging out at the Barbican Cinema Cafรฉ & Bar from 4:00p.m. for a meet & greet before we head to Screen One. Pick any seat you likeโ€”weโ€™ll regroup for a film review and drink after the film.

See you guys there
Ray
