Hello Everyone👋 It looks like Sinners is nominated for 16 awards—rare for the Oscars since Silence of the Lambs. So I thought it’d be great for us to watch—or rewatch—together!"

The movie is directed by Ryan Coogler and starring Michael B. Jordan, in duo roles in a 1932 Mississippi horror-thriller about twin brothers opening a juke joint—until something sinister awaits. (Skip the trailer if you want to avoid spoilers).

We’ll meet at the Victoria House Wine Bar, then head to the Prince Charles Cinema. I’ll be seated in B8—feel free to choose any seat you like. After the film, we’ll reconvene briefly to score it for our Letterboxd Page.
