Dunwoody July 4th Parade

Just a few notes on the parade:

1) We are not allowed to throw out stuff to the crowd. We can hand things out. If you'd like to do this, you might buy some candy, beads or whatever floats your boat. This is, unfortunately, not Mardi Gras and the soccer Moms will not flash you for beads.

2) The pirate ship float is coming along very well under the expert guidance of Fergus and Polky. It remains to be seen how many folks will be able to ride, but please know that first dibs go to crew members who actually worked on the float. For everyone else, wear comfortable shoes. Personally, I kinda like walking so that you can interact with the crowd. It's a 2.5 mile walk and it will be warm.

3) If you park at the end of the parade, we'll figure a way to shuttle you back to your car afterwards. We do plan on hanging out for a drink or three after the parade at MudKatz.
