About us
Welcome to MTL Plus One (45+). We are a curated social collective for Montreal’s active professionals and dynamic retirees. Our mission is simple: take Montreal and surrounding areas and get more out of what the metropolitan region has to offer; hence the 'Plus One' in our name. Plus one for new friendships, more fun, great entertainment, and a vibrant experience. When you attend one of our activities, you will have the opportunity to connect with others, through interactive games and fun trivia. Join us for elevated '5 à 7s', cultural walks, dancing, dinning out, trips, trivia-fueled connections and so much more.
We’re a 45+ crowd at heart, but we don't card at the door! Anyone is welcome to join as long as you’re comfortable hanging out with a more seasoned group of people.
Our aim is to recreate the 90's social scene, when people loved people in real life, before doom scrolling & algorithms, when they had to actually step outside to meet. If you remember or you understand the experience, this group is for you. Join us!
