Innovation ist einer dieser Begriffe, der uns heutzutage an jeder Straßenecke begegnet. Alle reden davon, doch irgendwie ist das Thema für viele Menschen noch ein Buch mit sieben Siegeln. Der Begriff wird in den meisten Fällen eng mit F&E, Technologien und Produkten verknüpft. Dass Innovation viel mehr als nur die Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Technologien ist, bleibt oftmals unberücksichtigt.
Von daher ist diese Gruppe für all diejenigen gedacht, die Spaß daran haben, die vielfältigen Facetten und Wechselwirkungen zu betrachten, welche auf persönlicher, gesellschaftlicher und unternehmerischen Ebene dazu führen, dass wertschaffende Veränderungen (einen mögliche Interpretation des Begriffs Innovation) entstehen.

Artificial intelligence has become a key competitive factor. Especially for medium-sized companies, it is crucial to establish the organizational and cultural foundations for a successful and sustainable adoption. But what hurdles exist in AI adoption – and how can they be overcome?
At our evening event on November 13, 2025, we will put these questions at the center of discussion. Together with experts, companies, and startups, we will explore how to deepen understanding of AI and accelerate its integration into organizations – through effective governance structures, hands-on pilot projects, or targeted partnerships with innovative startups.
The concept:
- Panel Talk with experts from our curated Start2 network, sharing experiences, best practices, and real-world use cases of AI in companies.
- Moderated Round Tables, where participants exchange perspectives on specific challenges from their day-to-day business, with a special focus on the use of AI.
- Startup Pitch, where an emerging startup presents forward-looking approaches on how AI can be applied effectively in companies.
The evening will emphasize shared learning and exchange of experiences. In addition, we will leverage Start2’s broad startup and innovation expertise to highlight the role startups play in AI integration and the opportunities that arise from it.
