What we’re about
Purpose of this Group
This group exists to create spaces for authentic human connection, self-reflection, and personal growth. Through my events, you will explore experiences, gain insight into yourself, and witness others’ journeys — all in a supportive, intentional environment.
Who Should Join
Anyone who is curious about deep conversations, meaningful connections, and self-discovery. You don’t need to be an “expert” at personal growth — just open to showing up as yourself and engaging honestly. This is for those who want to move beyond surface-level interactions and experience connection that is emotional, reflective, and transformational.
Why Join
Life often moves fast, and true connection can be rare. Here, you will:
- Share and witness personal stories that inspire insight and reflection.
- Participate in exercises and conversations that foster self-awareness, clarity, and emotional resilience.
- Experience the balance of depth and play, where moments of joy and curiosity meet thoughtful introspection.
- Leave with a sense of presence, perspective, and the quiet power of being seen and understood.
This group is a safe, structured, and transformative space — a container where growth, emotional healing, and human warmth can unfold naturally.

Icebreaker #33 - Pair Edition: Meaningful Conversations
Z'sam, Theresienstr. 63,, Munich, DEPlease note the new start time. We will begin 30 minutes earlier, at 6:30pm instead of the usual 7:00pm. This is most probably the last event of the year. A series of new events awaits you in 2026.
Does meeting groups of new people feel overwhelming? Do you enjoy deeper one-on-one conversations but still wish you could meet more than just one or two people in an evening? Do you sometimes find yourself stuck in the same chat all night, not sure how to politely move on? Are you open to trying something different — timed one-on-one conversations, where every 20 minutes you’ll be paired with someone new?
If your answer is YES to some of the above, then this event is for you.
Instead of the small group format, this evening, you will be broken into pairs, where we engage in meaningful conversations with one another, promoting genuine connection and understanding. The pairs switch every 20 minutes, giving you both enough time to dive deeper into a conversation and the chance to meet several people throughout the evening. As a result, we leave the event feeling both grounded and uplifted.
I aim for 20 participants, but the exact number may vary depending on attendance (last-minute no-shows happen — thanks for understanding!).
Event Fees: Donation basis. Cash only. Every euro goes directly to the room rental.
Prompt cards will be provided. You don't need to use them, but they are there when you need some inspirations. A sneak peek on the prompts:
- What's your guilty pleasure?
- Would you rather be slightly late or super early?
- How did you meet your best friend?
- What do you regret not doing when you were younger?
- What's something you disagree with about the way you were raised?
- If you could switch places with your friends for a day, who would it be?
- What one accomplishment are you most proud of?
This event:
- is held in English.
- is a space for exchange of opinions and experiences.
- will open its doors at 18:15hrs.
- will begin on time.
I'll be taking photos of the event to be posted on the event page and Instagram. If you do not wish to be photographed, kindly inform me prior to the start of the event.

Foyer: Before We Go Deeper - Arrival
Z'sam, Theresienstr. 63,, Munich, DEFoyer: Before we go deeper - Arrival
This evening marks the beginning of a new rhythm.
For the later half of the past year, many of you have known my events as weekly icebreakers — spaces to meet, connect, and warm up socially. As I step into a new chapter in how I host and hold space, those icebreakers are gently graduating into something quieter, slower, and more intentional.
The Foyer: Before We Go Deeper is that transition space.
It is not a deep dive.
It is not a workshop.
It is not about performing connection.
It is an arrival.
A space to pause, to land, and to orient yourself inward before the year pulls you forward again.
What to expect
- A simple opening round: first name only, and one reflective prompt
- One intentional paired conversation, guided but unforced
- Quiet moments for individual reflection and integration
- A gentle closing to help you leave feeling grounded, not drained
There are no games, no pressure to impress, no expectation to share more than you wish. Titles, roles, professions, and life summaries stay outside the room. We meet here as humans.
Some people will come once.
Some may come more than once.
Each evening stands on its own.
This evening is also part of a broader arc unfolding in 2026:
After the Break — a deeper, more reflective experience for those who feel ready to go further. Be My Date: The Next Chapter, a guided experiential space for deep self-connection, and Interview Series: The Inner Journeys, intimate conversations with individuals whose inner transformations have shaped their outer lives.
You do not need to attend everything — each space stands on its own — but together, they form a coherent path for those who wish to explore more depth over time.
This event is for you if
- You want connection without performance
- You feel the need to slow down rather than stimulate
- You’re curious about depth, but not ready to plunge
This event may not be for you if
- You’re looking for high-energy networking
- You expect constant interaction or entertainment
- You prefer fast-paced, surface-level socialising
Contribution: €10 donation. All proceeds support room rental.

Foyer: Before We Go Deeper - Orientation
Z'sam, Theresienstr. 63,, Munich, DEFoyer: Before we go deeper - Orientation
Some spaces help you arrive.
Others help you notice what’s already stirring.
This second Foyer evening builds gently on the first — not by adding more, but by inviting awareness.
If the earlier Foyer was about landing, this one is about orientation: noticing what you’re carrying, what feels unfinished, and what might be asking for more space in the weeks ahead.
The format remains intentionally simple and contained. What changes is the inner invitation.
What to expect
- A short opening round with one reflective question
- One intentional paired exchange
- Silent moments for integration and personal noticing
- A grounded closing
You won’t be asked to explain yourself.
You won’t be pushed to “share breakthroughs.”
This is not therapy — it’s a pause with structure.
Some participants will attend this as their first Foyer.
Others may be returning.
Both are equally welcome.
This evening is also part of a broader arc unfolding in 2026:

- You’re seeking advice, fixes, or coaching
- You prefer extroverted, highly social formats

After the Break
Z'sam, Theresienstr. 63,, Munich, DEAfter the Break.
An evening of reflection, depth, and inner movement
Some moments in life ask us to pause.
Others ask us to turn inward.
After the Break is an intentional space for the latter.
Following the quieter orientation of The Foyer, this evening is designed for those who feel ready to stay a little longer with themselves — not to fix, perform, or explain, but to listen more closely.
This is not a social icebreaker.
This is not a workshop with outcomes to achieve.
This is not therapy.
It is a held, structured experience where reflection deepens, awareness sharpens, and something internal is allowed to move — gently, without force.
What this evening is about
- Noticing what has been asking for your attention
- Sitting with questions that don’t need immediate answers
- Allowing depth without emotional overwhelm
- Being witnessed — quietly, respectfully, without interruption
You will be guided through individual reflection, paired listening, and shared moments in a way that honours both privacy and presence.
Silence is part of the design. Words are used with care.
You will not be asked to introduce yourself by role, profession, or background. In this room, those identities remain outside. We meet as humans — layered, unfinished, and enough.
This event is for you if
- You value depth over stimulation
- You’re in a season of inner transition or recalibration
- You want to be guided, but not analysed
- You’re willing to stay with discomfort long enough for clarity to emerge
This event may not be for you if
- You’re looking for light networking or casual socialising
- You expect advice, coaching, or solutions
- You prefer fast-paced interaction or constant talking
How this fits into the larger arc
After the Break sits within a broader 2026 journey that includes:
- The Foyer — a gentle threshold and orientation space
- Be My Date: The Next Chapter — a guided experiential journey inward
- Interview Series: The Inner Journeys — intimate conversations about inner transformation
Each space stands on its own. You are not expected to attend everything. Trust your timing.
Contribution: €10 donation. All proceeds support room rental.
