What we’re about
This group welcomes anyone who appreciates establishing new friendships and forging meaningful relationships through playing games, engaging in self-explorative exercises and having deep conversations.
As we enter into this new era of mental growth and emotional healing, we increasingly recognise the significance of sharing through our personal stories and first-hand experiences - the positive healing effects it has on us. The deep conversations and intimate discussions at our events attempt to raise our self-awareness and self-acceptance - the first steps towards personal growth and development.
The games we play, especially those at games night, help us regulate our nervous system and often times, escort most of us back to our carefree, responsibility-free childhood days.

See all- Breaking Silence: A Circle on Men’s Mental HealthZ'sam, Munich
June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month — and it's high time we shed light on the quiet struggles many men carry.
Name one man in your life who hasn’t struggled mentally.
Go on, try.
You probably can’t.
And even if you think you can — you may not actually know.
Now name the happiest, most cheerful, most positive man you've ever known.
Would it surprise you to know he might be carrying unbearable weight?
That he might be seconds from breaking — and you wouldn’t even see it coming?
We often talk about how women are disadvantaged because of gender — and rightly so.
But a recent, honest conversation cracked open something else:
how men, too, are deeply disadvantaged… simply for being men.
The expectations.
The silence.
The demand to “man up.”
The pressure to stay strong, even when breaking.
This event wasn’t planned. It wasn’t prepared months in advance.
It came together in urgency — in response to something real, something pressing.
A room became available, almost by luck.
The person in charge is on vacation. And still — I was met with full-hearted support.
It’s as if the universe said: Yes. This. Now.
This isn’t where we analyse.
It is collective witnessing.
Men — you deserve safe spaces too.
Whether you're a friend, partner, brother, father, son — you deserve to be seen.
And no — this is NOT a men-only event.
This is for everyone.
Because if men are to be heard, what’s better than gathering with people who are ready to truly listen?
This isn’t academic.
It’s lived.
It’s personal.
It might make your palms sweat. Or more.
And that’s exactly the point. This event is:
- guided.
- rooted in real stories, not statistics.
- a space where men’s pain is not minimized, mocked, or silenced.
- open to all genders. Especially those who want to understand more deeply.
- raw. Honest. Vulnerable. Human.
- last-minute… but right on time.
If this speaks to you — come.
If it scares you a little — definitely come.
If there’s a man you care about — come for him, too.
Let’s witness each other.
Let’s say what rarely gets said.
Let’s make space — for the silent, the strong, the breaking, and the healing.Water is available. Feel free to bring snacks.
Event fees: Donation basis. Cash only.

- ICEBREAKER #17 - Games on Forging Meaningful RelationshipsZ'sam, Munich
Are you feeling out of sorts lately? Are you tired of surface level conversations in yet another social event? Do you crave for meaningful, deeper connections with people but do not know where to find it? Do you see your colleagues and acquaintances hanging out with their long-time or even childhood friends, whereas, you are (relatively) new here in Munich and do not (yet) have people (physically here) whom you can define as friends? Or are you socially happy with where you are right now but are open to meeting new people with the potential of a great connection?
If your answer is YES to some of the above, then the Icebreaker event is for you.
As one of our favourite events, it is broken into three small groups, where we engage in deeply stimulating talks with one another, promoting varying degrees of mutual understanding. The randomly formed group stays the same throughout the evening, enabling conversations to be both extensive and intensive. As a result, we always leave the event feeling not only alleviated from our everyday stress but also revitalised.
Event Fees: Donation basis. Cash only.
This evening on ICEBREAKER, we get to know each other with the help of over 300 prompt cards. It's a fantastic tool to help spark thoughtful discussions. It doesn't matter if it's with someone you've known for years or someone you've recently met, the prompts, which are split across 12 categories, will spark vulnerability, show off your quirky side or take us down a memory lane.
A sneak peek on the prompts:
- What's your guilty pleasure?
- Would you rather be slightly late or super early?
- How did you meet your best friend?
- What do you regret not doing when you were younger?
- What's something you disagree with about the way you were raised?
- If you could switch places with your friends for a day, who would it be?
- What one accomplishment are you most proud of?
Water is available, feel free to bring snacks which you will share with your small group.
This event:
- is held in English.
- is a space for exchange of opinions and experiences.
- will open its doors at 18:45hrs.
- will begin on time.
I'll be taking photos of the event to be posted on the event page and Instagram. If you do not wish to be photographed, kindly inform me prior to the start of the event.

- 2025: New Beginnings (4-Part Series) - Part 3: Almost ThereNeeds location
Can you believe it? Half of 2025 has already flown by! Doesn’t it feel like New Year’s was just... yesterday?
We first met in January to set and share our 2025 goals and intentions. In April, we came together again for our 3-month check-in. And now, it’s that time once more—time to reconnect for this year-long journey of self-growth.
Some of us have stepped away from the process for various reasons. But for those of us quietly working toward our goals and intentions—how far have we come?
Part 1: Goals and Intentions and Part 2: Progress Check were open invitations to all who wanted to make this year different from the last. Every three months, we regroup to celebrate our progress, offer kind and encouraging words, and reflect on the journey so far. It’s always inspiring and heartening—like pulling into a gas station to fill our tanks with energy and motivation.
Part 3: Almost There and Part 4: Celebration are closed events; therefore, the event location will not be shown.
For those of you wondering why this event is even being published, it’s to demonstrate the follow-through of a project that was initiated, pursued, remembered—and never abandoned. It’s for this small group of individuals who made a commitment to themselves from day one, and who have been persevering with serious intent to create meaningful, positive change in their lives.
It’s for those of us who chose to walk this journey together, even though the path is deeply personal. A road shared is less lonely.
And perhaps, it's also food for thought—if you’re considering signing up for the 2026 project.
Part 3: Almost There By now, we should be getting better at holding ourselves accountable for the goals and intentions we set at the beginning of the year. This year will be different. We wrote down what we aspired to achieve, and what inner work we wanted to deepen and refine.
So—what wins, big or small, are you bringing with you this evening?
What stumbles or setbacks, painful or not, have transformed into triumphant turnarounds? And if you're facing a standstill, what kind of nudge would you like from us?Just a gentle reminder: while goals like exercising more, passing your driving test, or enrolling in a master’s program are all valuable and valid, this series is centred on progress in emotional healing and mental growth. That’s the core of our journey together.
The event will:
- open its door at 1845 hours.
- start on time.
- be held in English.
Event fees: Donation basis, cash only.
I'll be taking photos of the event to be posted on the event page and Instagram. If you do not wish to be photographed, kindly inform me prior to the start of the evening.
