Let's meet for another circuit training on the Hill! This is a 30 minute timed circuit! Although this workout can prove to be challenging, it can be modified for all to enjoy and grow strength in! Even if you want to come and walk the hill, it will build up endurance!
We can discuss food and drinks after!
