Meet at 10:50 am, Hike leaves promptly at 11:00 am. Meeting place in parking lot #1 near environmental center.

We will explore the trail around the lake and North of Southern State. Some paved paths. Bring water.

Directions: Southern State Parkway to exit 18 (Eagle Ave). Right at the stop sign on to Lake Drive. 1st Parking field on your right. OR Use Field 1 Hempstead Lake State Park in GPS. Free parking weekdays after Labor Day.
