Mountain Lake Park at San Francisco's Presidio
Join us for a relaxed outdoor movement adventure exploring one of San Francisco's hidden gems—the historic Mountain Lake Parcourse and surrounding Presidio trails.
Built in the 1970s and inspired by the original Swiss fitness trails, the Mountain Lake Parcourse was designed around a simple idea: move your body through nature the way humans were built to move. We'll walk, balance, climb, crawl, hang, carry, and explore at a conversational pace while enjoying one of the most beautiful natural settings in the city.
This is not a bootcamp, race, or competitive workout. Think of it as a movement safari where curiosity is more important than performance.
