2-IN-1: Forest Bathing and The Art Shack ! is our June edition of Nature Walks for Mindful Parents in Chiswick House and Gardens park, London (W4 2RP).
Come to discover what Forest Bathing is all about and connect to nature beauty!
Try your nature sketching skills and unleash your creativity - There will be drawing and crafts media available, but you are also very much welcome to bring your own paints and sketchbook.
We will start by gathering in front of Chiswick House Cafe. We will spend some time introducing each other and will start our first summer trail.
We will start 10.15 am promptly from the Cafe. If you are late - check the map and join us on the go.
We will have a couple of stops along the way to practice some Forest Bathing and mindfulness exercises and to observe closely the wildlife.
Then we will stop in our base camp in the woods and enjoy art and craft activities.
We will allow plenty of time and space for all participants to experience the beauty and wonder of the park.
You do not need to have any previous knowledge or experience both in mindfulness or in nature sketching and art.
