About us
Big Questions. Open Minds. Real Connection.
Looking for something more meaningful than small talk?
Meaningful Conversations is a relaxed gathering in a home where people can meet, talk, listen, and explore some of the bigger questions of life together.
We might talk about purpose and happiness, relationships and community, spirituality, science and religion, prejudice and unity, the challenges facing society, or simply what it means to live a good and meaningful life.
There is no lecture and no expectation that everyone will agree. Bring your experiences, your questions, and your point of view. The goal is thoughtful conversation, genuine listening, and getting to know people beyond the usual surface level.
The gatherings are inspired in part by Bahá’í teachings about the unity of humanity and the value of independent investigation of truth, but people of every belief, religion, or no religion are welcome. No knowledge of the Bahá’í Faith is needed.
Come as you are. Meet a few people. Have a cup of coffee. Join the conversation.

Alternative Approaches to Exploring Reality
Location not specified yetAlternative Approaches to Exploring Reality
You’re invited to join us for an open and thoughtful evening exploring different approaches to understanding reality, consciousness, existence, and truth.
Human beings have always searched for answers to the deepest questions: What is the nature of reality? Is consciousness entirely physical, or is there more to it? How do we decide what is true? What can science, religion, philosophy, personal experience, intuition, and other less conventional approaches contribute to our understanding?
This evening will focus especially on perspectives that fall outside the usual scientific and traditional religious frameworks, including ideas associated with channeling and other alternative approaches to knowledge and consciousness. The purpose is not to convince anyone of a particular viewpoint, but to listen carefully, ask questions, examine ideas, compare different perspectives, and see what we may learn from one another.
People of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome. Agreement is not expected. Curiosity, respectful discussion, and a willingness to consider different possibilities are all that are needed.
