What we’re about
Welcome to our world-wide Neo4j Online Meetup
In this Meetup we want to reach across borders and run online sessions for everyone around the world to join. Topics will range from data modeling and import to data science and data journalism. Sessions are hosted using YouTube Live on the Neo4j YouTube Channel.
We will also run hands-on workshops for developing your own applications and training sessions. Feel free to propose other topics you're interested in.

Event: Livestream: Neo4j Graph Data Science Overview w/Alison Cossette, Data Science
Join us in viewing this event in the Neo4j Community Forum.
This session invites you to explore the "why" and "how" of Graph Analytics with Neo4j's SME, Alison Cossette. In this overview we will show how GDS builds on your knowledge of graph modeling and Cypher, unlocking new technical capabilities to help determine if you Learn how developers use GDS in real-world systems
By the end of this overview, you will have a better understanding of the practical uses of Graph Analytics and discover how developers apply this skill to build real-world systems such: recommendation engines, fraud detection models, personalized search and ranking, and machine learning pipelines powered by graph embeddings.
Bonus: We will also share a preview of what prerequisite GraphAcademy courses you take to prepare for the Neo4j GDS Certification.

As RAG systems increasingly depend on Cypher queries generated by LLMs, correctness is no longer optional, it’s critical. In this livestream, we’ll introduce CyVer, an open-source Python library designed to verify Cypher queries against your Neo4j graph schema. Whether your queries are handcrafted or AI-generated, CyVer has your back.
Join us to learn how CyVer ensures:
- Syntax Validity: Catch malformed Cypher before it breaks your app
- Schema Alignment: Validate labels and relationships against your graph
- Property Accuracy: Confirm property access matches your data modelGuests: Christina-Maria Androna & Ioanna Mandilara
