Field Trip: Denver Museum of Nature and Science
Details
Spend a Sunday morning exploring the latest exhibits at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science before they're gone! The museum currently has two major temporary exhibitions I've been wanting to see:
- Brick Planet: A magical journey made with LEGO bricks (ends 5/3!)
- The World's Largest Dinosaurs: The giants of the prehistoric world (featuring life-size dino models!)
We can also check out the permanent exhibits that anyone is interested in--the only one that will be temporarily closed while we are there is the Gems and Minerals Hall. You can find more info about the museum's exhibits on their website: https://www.dmns.org/
Admission to the museum is $25.95 for adults and includes entrance to all permanent exhibits and Brick Planet. The World's Largest Dinosaurs requires an additional timed special exhibition ticket ($9). I plan to buy tickets in person rather than online so it's easier to coordinate the timed tickets for the dinosaur exhibit. We can also get discounted admission if we buy tickets together (2 people for $36.95)!
