Have you recently received an ADHD or Autism diagnosis, or are you wondering if you might be neurodivergent? Navigating neurodiversity in adulthood can bring up a lot of questions: about unmasking, identity, burnout, or simply how to make sense of your experiences. This session provides a low-pressure, facilitated peer space for questioning and newly identified adults to talk openly, share stories, and learn from one another's lived experiences.
