What we’re about
Buddhist Meditation Center New Jersey organizes meditation classes and courses based on the discourses and earliest teachings of the Buddha. Our resident monks guide the group based on the authentic teachings of historical Buddhism. The instructions given include meditation for beginners as well as meditation for advanced practitioners. All instructions are free of charge.
Our mission is to spread the Buddha's teachings on generosity, morality, and meditation and to improve the happiness of our members through cultivating friendship, compassion, and wisdom. The services of this organization are open to any member of the public interested in learning and practising the Buddha's teachings.
Please feel welcome and "at home" in the centre as it is a place for all of those seeking a quiet place to develop their mind and find peace. The monks at the centre are kind and will answer any questions you have. Feel free to ask us any questions from us; you can post a message or contact us via email or phone.
