Announcing a new Meetup for The NJ Biking, Eating & Drinking Group!

What: Mike's House of Pain - Chapter 1

When: Saturday, April 10,[masked]:00 AM

Howell Living History Farm
101 Hunter Rd
Titusville, NJ 08560

Welcome to the "Mike's House of Pain" series. Throughout the season, we will be coming up with rides that will challenge the mind and body. They will get progressively harder as the season goes on. Everyone is welcome, but we can't guarantee survival! Muahahaha.

Chapter 1 will be the opener to this House of Pain series. We start out at Howell Farm. (our favorite little farm up in the hills) We immediately climb the legendary Goat Hill Road "the goat", bomb down into Lambertville, then climb back up into the hills towards Sourland Mountain. This is about 600ft of climbing in the first 5 miles! From there we descend, hit a few rollers, then point towards the sky again as we climb back up to the farm.

In total we're looking at 34 miles, 4 major climbs, elevation from 85 - 600ft, and a damn good time! Again, everyone is welcome, but is certainly a ride for people looking to step up their casual ride to a challenging ride. I recommend this only for road bikes, but I suppose if your looking for an extra dose of pain, you can bring that MTB/Hybrid.

And of course, we will end this with lunch/beers somewhere in Lambertville/New Hope area. Any questions, please let me know. If your not sure if you can handle this, shoot me an email and we'll see where your at.
