Bag Making Hackathon: Project Night

What we'll do:

• Use the industrial sewing machines.
• Design a bag, purse, laptop sleeve, backpack, duffel bag, wallet, whatever.
• Make something with a zipper?
• Finish your edges with binding?
• Make a 3-D pocket? Map case? Backpack straps?
• You name it, we'll do it or at least try to do it in 1 1/2 hours.
• Bring a project from home or start a new project

What we won't do:

• Explain how to use the industrial sewing machines.

What to bring:

• An idea

Materials:

• There's a fabric store a few doors down for materials, or use free scraps at noisebridge.
