• Bring clothes, shoes, or accessories you no longer need. All sizes, styles, and fashion tastes are welcome!
• You’ll be able to take home the same number of items you brought. Swap fairly, swap joyfully!

Unwind your weekend with Yoga & Brunch in the park—flow through an invigorating practice, then linger over a girls’ brunch to connect, laugh, and refuel.

We’ll gather at 11AM at Jardim da Estrela (come 15 min before)

After we move through gentle flows and breathwork, we’ll head to a nearby brunch place for a relaxed brunch with all the cozy vibes.

About the yoga teacher
I am Teodora, certified and trauma-informed teacher in Traditional Yoga and Yin Yoga. My experience with Yoga started 12 years ago when I discovered the physical benefits of Hatha Yoga, which made me want to go deeper into exploring also from an energetic and spiritual viewpoint. Later on, I developed my own teaching practice with students and young professionals in both Sweden and Portugal and the journey has been developing since then. At the moment, I am sharing classes in Lisbon and Sintra, both online and in person.
