THE EVENT: Planning social - during this meeting, leaders talk about past trips, we'll briefly discuss trip guidelines, and leaders / members can bring their trip ideas for 2026!

It is a repeat of last year's event in a new venue!

The plan is to give a slide show and then conduct a trip planning brainstorm session. We aim to end the slide show by 7:45 PM to give more time for discussion.

Also socializing, and potluck food and drink!

THE SPACE: Kent's place. There's a "No Coal" yard sign in front. Secure bike parking is in back. You might have to maneuver around a parked car on the narrow driveway. We'll be setting up starting at 6:30 PM. If you come early, you can mingle or help us set up.

ONLINE AVAILABILITY: We will attempt to stream the event (probably on Zoom or Google Meet) to allow people to participate remotely. Wi Fi exists in the meeting space. However, you will gain more from the event by attending in person.

REFRESHMENTS / POT LUCK / DRINKS: This will be a potluck - it is appreciated if you bring some food or beverages to share. However, it's also fine if you don't. The host will provide some beverages to share.

BIKE PARKING: Secure bike parking is in back. You might have to maneuver around a parked car on the narrow driveway.
